Direitos Transgeracionais do Estado e o Direito Internacional: Balanço Social

RESUMO

O presente artigo visa analisar os direitos transgeracionais do Estado e sua relação com o direito internacional por meio de um balanço social. Para tanto, faz-se inicialmente um estudo acerca da mundialização, com base na obra de François Chesnais. Em um segundo momento, aborda-se os direitos transgeracionais e a sociedade de risco em Ulrich Beck. A partir deste entendimento, analisam-se os objetivos da República, na construção de uma sociedade livre, justa e solidária, enfatizando a responsabilidade social da empresa, como forma de se alcançar o desenvolvimento de Estado.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to analyze the transgenerational rights of the State and its relationship with international law through a social balance. Therefore, it was initially a study of globalization, based on the work of François Chesnais. In a second step, one addresses the rights and transgenerational risk society in Ulrich Beck. From this understanding, we analyze the goals of the Republic, in building a free, just and solidary, emphasizing corporate social responsibility as a way to achieve the development of the state.
