METODOLOGIA INTERATIVA PARA O ENSINO DE DISCIPLINAS JURÍDICAS: TEORIA E PRÁTICA

Resumen


Objetivo: O artigo é dedicado aos problemas atuais da influência dos métodos interativos de ensino de disciplinas jurídicas na qualidade do ensino jurídico superior.

Métodos: Com base na comparação e síntese da experiência pedagógica nacional e estrangeira, o autor propõe os métodos interativos mais eficazes para o ensino de disciplinas jurídicas.

Resultados: É dada atenção especial ao método de modelagem, que, segundo o autor, é um dos métodos inovadores mais eficazes no ensino. No entanto, o conceito de modelagem é abordado de maneira ambígua na ciência nacional e estrangeira.

Conclusão: Ao investigar as questões de melhoria do processo de palestras jurídicas, o autor conclui que o uso de métodos interativos proporciona uma atualização qualitativa do conteúdo do ensino e garante a universalidade, eficácia e qualidade da formação de advogados profissionais. Sugestões são feitas sobre as perspectivas de aplicação e desenvolvimento de métodos interativos de ensino de disciplinas jurídicas.
