ÉTICA: CONTEÚDO DA RESPONSABILIDADE CORPORATIVA E DESDOBRAMENTO DA FUNÇÃO SOLIDÁRIA DA EMPRESA

RESUMO

Objetiva-se no presente artigo analisar a função ética da empresa dentro do atual contexto de globalização econômica e de vigência dos direitos de solidariedade imersos na terceira dimensão dos direitos humanos. A pesquisa procura responder como a ética está inserida e se vincula à atividade empresarial na atualidade. Busca ainda identificar quais demandas sociais na contemporaneidade exigem a adoção desses conteúdos de ética por parte da empresa privada.  Também procura apontar sob qual enfoque se expressam  os  padrões (éticos) que a empresa vem inserindo em sua atividade. Partiu-se de pesquisa bibliográfica apoiada no método hipotético dedutivo para a investigação visando analisar e responder as questões propostas.

ABSTRACT

Objective in this article is to analyze the function of business ethics within the current context of economic globalization and the validity of the rights of solidarity immersed in the third dimension of human rights. The research seeks to answer how ethics is embedded and linked to business activity today. It also seeks to identify which social demands in contemporary require the adoption of these content of ethics by the private company. Also seeks to highlight under which focus express standards (ethical) that the company is entering in its activity. Starting from literature supported the hypothetical deductive method for research in order to analyze and answer the questions posed
