O ABANDONO AFETIVO NO DIREITO DAS FAMÍLIAS À LUZ DA TEORIA DO RECONHECIMENTO

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar, à luz da teoria do reconhecimento, a configuração do abandono afetivo. Pretende-se compreender, a partir da realidade fática, como se dá a formação da personalidade. Assim, para a elaboração deste artigo, utilizou-se do método da dialética negativa em que o escopo é o de não simplesmente negar uma tese por meio da antítese, mas sim compreender as tensões na própria tese. Fiel ao método, num primeiro momento, observou-se a mudança paradigmática no seio das relações familiares. Em seguida, o objetivo é demonstrar a importância da relação com o outro para a formação da personalidade e o que isso representa em termos de luta por reconhecimento. Após, busca-se delinear uma ideia do que seja abandono afetivo e interpretar este conceito a partir dos diferentes níveis de desrespeito.

ABSTRACT

In this study we aim to examine, in light of the recognition theory, the emotional abandonment configuration. Our goal is to understand, based on the objective reality, how the formation of personality happens. Thus, for the preparation of this article we used the method of negative dialectic, in which the scope is not to simply deny a thesis through antithesis, but to understand the tensions in the thesis itself. By following the method, at first, we observed the paradigm shift within the family relationships. Then we demonstrated the importance of the relationship with each other for the formation of personality and what it represents in terms of struggle for recognition. Finally, we outlined an idea of what is emotional abandonment and interpreted this concept based on the different levels of disrespect.
