O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar em que medida o direito à informação ambiental constitui um direito coletivo do trabalhador e de que forma este direito deve ser efetivado. A metodologia de pesquisa pauta-se no método dedutivo de investigação, com construção teórico bibliográfica acerca dos institutos jurídicos apresentados. A pesquisa inicia-se pela compreensão da tutela ambiental presente da Constituição Federal de 1988, especificamente em seu artigo 225, consignando-se o caráter difuso do direito ao meio ambiente. São apresentados os aspectos do meio ambiente, a saber: natural, artificial, cultural e do trabalho, a partir dos quais torna-se possível uma busca facilitada pela identificação da atividade degradante e do bem imediatamente agredido (FIORILLO, 2008, p. 20). ABSTRACT

The objective of this study is to analyze the extent to which the right to environmental information constitutes a collective right of the worker and the impacts of the work environment due to its concealment. The research methodology is based on the deductive method of investigation, with theoretical bibliographical construction about the legal institutes presented. The research begins by understanding the present environmental protection of the Federal Constitution of 1988, specifically in its article 225, consigning the diffuse nature of the right to the environment. The natural, artificial, cultural and labor aspects of the environment are presented, from which it becomes possible to find a facilitated search for the identification of the degrading activity and the immediately attacked good (FIORILLO, 2008, page 20).
