INTRODUÇÃO A UMA ANÁLISE COMPARATIVA DA CONDIÇÃO DO TRABALHADOR MIGRANTE NO MERCOSUL E UNASUL

Cada vez mais é necessário refletir, problematizar e discutir assuntos ligados a processos migratórios, principalmente no que tange a categoria trabalho, tendo em vista que nos últimos anos tem aumentado os fluxos migratórios pelo mundo e na América Latina, com a migração sul-sul, desta forma o presente trabalho busca fazer uma breve reflexão acerca da condição do trabalhador migrante na América do Sul a partir de análise de dois projetos de integração, o MERCOSUL que tem um viés voltado a questões econômicas e comerciais e no que se referem ao migrante suas diretrizes são voltadas ao trabalhador migrante como mão de obra e a UNASUL, que possui uma visão integral da questão migratória com uma proposta de uma cidadania-sul americana centrada numa ideia de integração de pessoas, independente se o migrante representa mão de obra qualificada, ou se é considerado risco a economia ou a cultura (discursos presentes quando o tema é migração), ou seja, uma proposta humanizada de integração. A metodologia empregada é a revisão bibliográfica e documental.

More and more it is necessary to reflect, to problematize and to discuss subjects related to migratory processes, mainly in what concerns to the work category, considering that in the last years the migratory flows by the world have increased and in Latin America, with the south- South, in this way the present work seeks to make a brief reflection about the condition of the migrant worker in South America from the analysis of two integration projects, MERCOSUR that has a bias towards economic and commercial issues and in what refers to the migrant workers are migrant workers and UNASUR, which has a comprehensive view of the migratory issue with a proposal of a South American citizenship centered on an idea of the integration of people, regardless of whether the migrant represents a qualified workforce , or if the economy or culture is considered a risk (discourses present when the subject is migration), that is, a humanized proposal for integration. The methodology used is the bibliographical and documentary review.
