O presente trabalho faz uma análise do da Educação Superior e os Direitos da Personalidade. Busca apresentar a noção do direito à Educação juntamente com a nossa Carta Magna de 1988, aprofundando-se no Programa Universidade para Todos - PROUNI. Apresente em síntese os recursos financeiros aplicados na educação, abordando de maneira crítica e eficaz em favor do grupo vulnerável, sendo que ao final, a conclusão procurou evidenciar a possível efetividade e garantias constitucionais.

ABSTRACT

This paper analyzes the Higher Education and the Rights of Personality. Seeks to present the notion of the right to education together with our Magna Carta of 1988, deepening the University for All Program - PROUNI. Present in summary financial resources invested in education, tackling a critical and effective way in favor of the vulnerable group, and at the end, the conclusion sought to highlight the possible effectiveness and constitutional guarantees.
