LEI GERAL DE PROTEÇÃO DE DADOS: DESAFIOS E EXPECTATIVAS

O presente trabalho versa sobre a Lei n. 13.709/2018 (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), passando pela análise histórica e doutrinária sobre o tema, até concluir nas atualidades do tópico, já que o direito à privacidade está sendo constantemente ameaçado pela expansão das redes sociais, de modo que a referida lei foi sancionada em virtude dos atuais problemas da rede globalizada denominada internet, já que se objetiva sua efetividade na salvaguarda dos direitos fundamentais.

ABSTRACT

This paper deals with Law n. 13.709/2018 (General Law on Data Protection), through the historical and doctrinal analysis on the topic, until concluding in the current topic, since the right to privacy is constantly being threatened by the expansion of social networks, so that said law was sanctioned because of the current problems of the globalized network called the internet, since its effectiveness in the protection of fundamental rights is objectified.
