RESUMO

O presente artigo descreve de forma preliminar alguns níveis de desconhecimento da Lei de Educação Ambiental (Lei nº 9.795/99), por parte de estudantes concluintes do curso de Direito de duas universidades no Paraná. Para tanto, recorre a formulários de pesquisa contendo perguntas relacionadas ao tema ambiental e, especificamente, à Lei de Educação Ambiental. Conclui parcialmente que, apesar de a educação ambiental ter uma história de quatro décadas e estar positivada por força da Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988, o desconhecimento dos estudantes ainda é consideravelmente elevado sobre ela. A pesquisa deixa recomendada a necessidade de novos estudos para tentar captar as possíveis causas desse  desconhecimento.

ABSTRACT

The present article describes of preliminary form some levels of unfamiliarity of the  Environmental Education’s Law (Law 9,795/99), on the part of students of the course of Right of two universities in the Paraná. For in such a way, it appeals research forms I contend questions related to environment subject and, specifically, to the Environmental Education’s Law. It concludes partially that, the spite of the Environmental Education to have a history of four decades and to be crystallized  in the Brazilian Federal Constitution, the unfamiliarity of the students  is raised. The research  recommends  the necessity of new studies to try catching  the possible causes of this  unfamiliarity.
