ABSTRACT

Arising from the the mist of the twentieth century, the HIV virus continues to be part of the current scene without the mystification about its contagion being completely debunked.  This mythology contributes to the discrimination and stigma that HIV patients suffer.  This study aimed to delineate the legal protection of HIV-bearers in the world of work.

A partir da névoa do século XX, o vírus HIV continua a ser parte da cena atual sem a mistificação sobre o seu contágio sendo completamente debunked. Essa mitologia contribui para a discriminação eo estigma que sofrem os pacientes com HIV. Este estudo teve como objetivo delinear a proteção legal dos portadores de HIV no mundo do trabalho.
