Resumo

RESUMO O presente artigo pretendemos, além de definir a estratégia das autoridades administrativas e judiciárias quanto aos casos concretos, analisaremos o contexto das importantes alterações dos movimentos migratórios e das deslocações dos refugiados, E, neste caso, concentraremos os estudos no caso refugiados.

ABSTRACT In addition to defining the strategy of the administrative and judicial authorities in the specific cases, this article intends to analyze the context of important changes in migratory movements and refugee movements, and in this case, we will concentrate the studies in the Brazilian case.
