RESUMO

Como parte integrante dos direitos humanos, os direitos culturais possuem uma dinâmica  que proporciona autonomia ao indivíduo, especialmente aos mais vulneráveis,  razão pela qual, torna-se objeto de grande relevância jurídica. Usando o método dedutivo, estudo doutrinário e análise de dados, este artigo analisa a dimensão cultural dos direitos humanos e sua contribuição para a efetivação da dignidade humana e, consequentemente, para a vivência do Estado Democrático de Direito.

ABSTRACT

As part of human rights, the cultural rights provide individuals to achieve their autonomy, especially the most vulnerable, reason why, it’s being receiving great legal relevance. Using a deductive method, doctrinaire study and data research, this article analysis the dimension of cultural rights in human rights and its contribution for the Democratic State.
