LA POLÍTICA COMUNITARIA DE INMIGRACIÓN EN LA UNIÓN EUROPEA

RESUMEN

En la  actualidad, se evidencia el endurecimiento de políticas europeas de inmigración que contrastan con la protección de la dignidad, libertad, igualdad, solidaridad, ciudadanía y justicia entre todos los seres humanos, conforme a lo previsto en varios instrumentos internacionales. A partir de ello, esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar si la Directiva 2008/115/CE, de 16 de diciembre de 2008 menoscaba los derechos humanos de los inmigrantes irregulares.

ABSTRACT

At present, are evidence of the tightening European immigration policies that stand against the protection of  human dignity, freedom, equality, solidarity, citizenship and justice among all human beings, as provided for in international instruments.  On  this  basis,  this  research  is  to  analyze  if  the  Directive 2008/115/EC of  16  December 2008  violates  the  human  rights  of  irregular migrants.
