POLÍTICA JURÍDICA, VIDA DE CONSUMO E PANDEMIA: A RESPONSABILIDADE DO INTELECTUAL JURÍDICO

RESUMO

Objetivos: a presente pesquisa possui o objetivo de analisar a vida de consumo e suas implicações em período de pandemia, trazendo ainda a responsabilidade do intelectual jurídico diante deste aspecto.

Metodologia: o método a ser utilizado é o dedutivo, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica.

Resultados: o cenário de pandemia traz mudanças profundas em várias dimensões da existência humana, partindo do aspecto sanitário até alcançar efeitos econômicos, sociais, culturais em geral. Também a vida de consumo se transforma e se adapta neste contexto.

Contribuições: o estudo apresenta abordagem que propõe a análise da vida de consumo como devendo ser pensada em conjunto com as outras esferas da vida, verificando seus impactos nas dimensões individuais e sociais em geral, sobretudo em período de pandemia.

ABSTRACT

Objectives: the present research has the objective of analyzing the life of consumption and its origins in a pandemic period, bringing also the responsibility of the related intellectual of this aspect.

Methodology: the method to be used is the deductive, through bibliographic research.

Results: the pandemic scenario brings profound changes in several dimensions of human existence, starting from the health aspect until reaching economic, social and cultural effects in general. Consumer life also changes and adapts in this context.

Contributions: the study presents an approach that offers an analysis of consumption life as it should be thought of together with other spheres of life, verifying its impacts on individual and social dimensions in general, especially in a pandemic period.
