Analisa-se o advento das licenças “creative commons” no cenário cotidiano da sociedade da informação, diante da dificuldade de proteção de direitos autorais frente ao crescimento do mercado ilícito de obras. Dentro desta realidade, a “creative commons” surge como alternativa válida, tendo em vista a possibilidade de flexibilizar a tutela de alguns direitos de autor e por suscitar indagações acerca da efetivação e perspectivas trazidas por estas licenças gerais públicas.

ABSTRACT

Analyzes the advent of licenses "creative commons" in the daily setting of the information society, on the copyright protection of difficulty against the growth of illicit market works. Within this reality, the "creative commons" appears as a valid alternative, in view of the possibility of easing the tutelage of some copyright and raise questions about the effectiveness and perspectives brought by these public general licenses.
