A BIOÉTICA, A UNIVERSALIDADE DOS VALORES E A TEORIA TRIDIMENSIONAL DO DIREITO

RESUMO

O presente objetiva analisar a teoria tridimensional do Direito e sua capacidade de incorporar a Bioética ao Direito. Apresenta-se, para tanto, a Bioética, descrevendo seus conceitos, princípios e histórico, ressaltando-se, portanto, a universalização dos valores como algo implícito à Bioética. Utilizar-se-á o método hipotético-dedutivo através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica.

ABSTRACT

This work has as main target to demonstrate that the theory three-dimensional of law is able to incorporate the bioethics to law. This way, show the bioethics, describing its concepts, principles and historic. Furthermore, works with values universalization as implicit something of bioethics. At end, show the theory three-dimensional of law and as it can to incorporate the bioethics using this theory. In this work was used as research method the hypothetico-deductive.
