O AFETO COMO BASE PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO SAUDÁVEL DOS FILHOS

RESUMO

A convivência familiar é um dos direitos fundamentais assegurados à criança e ao adolescente pela Constituição Federal de 1988, tendo como base a Declaração da Organização das Nações Unidas, que trouxe em seu texto inúmeros princípios que regulam tanto o Direito das Famílias, bem como os demais ramos do Direito. O presente estudo tem como objetivo demonstrar a importância da manutenção do vínculo afetivo de pais e filhos após a dissolução do vínculo conjugal através do direito de convivência e como isso pode afetar o desenvolvimento saudável da criança e do adolescente.

ABSTRACT

The familiar coexistence is one of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the child and adolescent by the Federal Constitution of 1988, based on the Declaration of the United Nations, which have brought in their texts numerous principles that regulate both the Right of Families and the other Branches of law. The present study aims to demonstrate the importance of maintaining the affective bond of parents and children after the dissolution of the marriage bond, through the right of coexistence and how this can affect the healthy development of the child and the adolescent.
