Analisam-se os conceitos de responsabilidade social, função social da propriedade e livre iniciativa sob a perspectiva da Constituição brasileira e suas implicações socioeconômicas. Investigam-se, a partir dos conceitos referidos, as características e efeitos do Projeto “Especiais do Super Especial” desenvolvido pela rede de Supermercados Festval, em Curitiba, por meio do qual promove a contratação de pessoas com deficiência.

ABSTRACT

We analyze the concepts of social responsibility, the social function of property and free enterprise from the perspective of the Brazilian Constitution and its socioeconomic implications. They are investigate, from the aforementioned concepts, the characteristics and effects of the Special of the Super Special project developed by the Festval supermarket chain in Curitiba, through which it promotes the hiring of handicapped people.
