RESUMO:

O presente estudo objetiva verificar quais os benefícios e problemas trazidos pela Emenda Constitucional 72/ 2013. Diferencia a diarista e a doméstica. Discorre a respeito da evolução histórica do trabalho doméstico, abordando a Lei 5859/72 e as Convenções e Recomendações pertinentes ao tema. Finalmente, trata das mudanças e benefícios da EC 72/ 2013, seguindo-se de seus problemas, bem como suas implicâncias em outras leis e direitos.

This present study aims to determine the Constitucional Amendment 72/ 2013 beneficts and problems. Differentiation between diarist and domestic was conducted. Studies about the historical development of the domestical work, covering the law 5859/72, and the conventions and recommendations about. Finally, the changes and beneficts of the Constitucional Amendment 72/ 2013.
