MEIO AMBIENTE DO TRABALHO: POR UMA VISÃO ÉTICA SUSTENTÁVEL EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA

Com o advento da pandemia do Covid-19, um dos principais impactos ocorreu no meio ambiente de trabalho, onde os interesses econômicos entraram em rota de colisão com a saúde do trabalhador. O objetivo deste artigo é fazer uma análise da realidade atual, onde a pesquisa verificará em que medida a ética sustentável poderá compatibilizar os interesses econômicos da atividade produtiva com a manutenção da saúde do trabalhador, através de uma abordagem teórica-bibliográfica, utilizando-se o método dedutivo e dialético, a partir da realidade atual e tendo por base a saúde do trabalhador e a conservação da atividade empresarial.

ABSTRACT

With the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the main impacts occurred on the work environment, where economic interests started to collide with workers' health. The objective of this article is to make an analysis of the current reality, where the research will verify the extent to which sustainable ethics can reconcile the economic interests of the productive activity with the maintenance of the worker's health, through a theoretical-bibliographic approach, using the deductive and dialectical method, based on the current reality and based on the health of the worker and the conservation of business activity.
