Nos dias atuais, diante do uso desenfreado das tecnologias de informação e propagação virtual de informações, surgem novas modalidades de ataque à moral e honra alheia, destacando exposições da vida privada pautadas no desejo de retaliação às ofensas eventualmente sofridas. O tema deste estudo refere-se aos contornos éticos, sociais, jurídicos e psicológicos acerca do fenômeno da Pornografia da Vingança.

ABSTRACT

Nowadays, against the reinless use of technologies of information and virtual spread of information, new methods to attack the moral and honor of others pops up, highlighting exhibitions of privacy guided in the desire for retaliation for any harm suffered. The theme of this study refers to the ethical, social, legal and psychological contours about the phenomenon of Revenge Porn.
