Planejamento urbano, desenvolvimento e o direito fundamental à moradia diante dos megaeventos esportivos

Abstract

RESUMO

O presente artigo trata a respeito do desenvolvimento urbano, assim como o planejamento, levando em consideração a existência de legislação a respeito do tema. Aborda ainda, a importância da norma vigente para que possa ocorrer megaeventos, assim, buscando  demonstrar a incompatibilidade existente entre o desenvolvimento efetivo de eventos desse porte e o a falta de planejamento urbano, assim como a fraca presença da justiça em relação a esse assunto.

ABSTRACT

This paper is about the urban development, just as the planning, taking in consideration the existence of legislation that take this matter into consideration. This article is about the urban development and planning, taking into account the existence of legislation on the matter. Also discusses the importance of the rule for mega events that may occur, as well as, seeking to demonstrate the incompatibility between the effective development of such events,  the lack of urban planning  and weak presence of justice in this matter.
