ÂNODO DE SACRIFÍCIO: A POBREZA E A INDIGNIDADE DA PESSOA HUMANA

O presente artigo objetiva expor a pobreza na perspectiva de, invariavelmente, impedir o indivíduo de compartilhar das riquezas, saúde e conhecimentos de sua coletividade, em virtude da obstrução que lhe é imposta por sua condição de subdesenvolvimento humano. Presume-se que todo este ciclo vicioso inibe a pessoa de participar de forma igualitária no seu ambiente social, além de lhe negar uma vida com dignidade, condição assegurada pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU) e difundida em todo o mundo. A metodologia utilizada para a elaboração do referido trabalho foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, constando preliminarmente de apresentar a conceituação da pobreza no decorrer dos tempos e sua implicação na sociedade, em seguida expondo os objetivos do Estado diante do recrudescimento da pobreza e finalmente a análise do conceito do mínimo existencial e da dignidade da pessoa, enquanto direitos que deveriam ser assegurados a todos os seres humanos.

ABSTRACT

The present article aims at exposing poverty in the perspective of invariably preventing the individual from sharing the wealth, health and knowledge of his community, due to the obstruction imposed on him by his condition of human underdevelopment. It is presumed that this whole vicious cycle inhibits the person from participating equally in his social environment, in addition to denying him a life with dignity, a condition guaranteed by the United Nations and spread throughout the world. The methodology used for the elaboration of this work was the bibliographical research, consisting in presenting the concept of poverty in the course of time and its implication in society, then exposing the objectives of the State in the face of the increase of poverty and finally the analysis of the concept The minimum existential and the dignity of the person, as rights that should be assured to all human beings.
