O IMPACTO DE SOLUÇÕES INOVADORAS NA MELHORIA DA QUALIDADE E EFICIÊNCIA DA GESTÃO E REGULAÇÃO DO ENSINO SUPERIOR
Abstract
Propósito: O estudo visa determinar as direções de profissionalização da gestão universitária para alcançar o desenvolvimento sustentável das instituições de ensino superior.
Métodos: O artigo examina os principais pontos de vista teóricos sobre a gestão universitária profissional e apresenta o conceito de universidade como um sistema organizado. Uma pesquisa com especialistas é utilizada para identificar as principais direções de especialização da gestão universitária.
Resultados: A maioria dos entrevistados (56,4%) acredita que as mudanças introduzidas pela Lei Federal facilitam uma gestão universitária mais eficiente, enquanto 40% expressam a opinião oposta. O estudo mostra que os respondentes concordam muito fortemente (29,1%) e bastante fortemente (38,2%) que as universidades precisam cumprir tarefas semelhantes.
Conclusões: Os autores concluem que a profissionalização da gestão universitária está ocorrendo em muitos países, faz parte da transformação do setor de ensino superior e abrange a implementação do conceito de gestão estratégica universitária, a melhoria e aperfeiçoamento da administração universitária e o desenvolvimento profissional dos gestores no ensino superior.
