O sistema mundial moderno e três perspectivas comparadas sobre sua evolução: as análises de Immanuel Wallerstein, Giovanni Arrigui e José Luis Fiori.

O presente artigo tem por finalidade discutir o sistema mundial moderno sob três perspectivas: as teses encontradas em Immanuel Wallerstein, argumentos de Giovanni Arrigui e o problema na perspectiva de José Luis Fiori. Em Wallesrstein será enfrentada análise sobre tendências seculares do capitalismo histórico aproximando-se de seus limites bem como da desorganização sistêmica que levaria à constituição de um novo sistema, sob novas bases, com novas tendências e novos ritmos cíclicos. Já em Arrigui, anotações quanto ao caráter sistêmico do processo de transição hegemônica, mas ainda longe do final dos ciclos em direção a outro sistema econômico. Para Fiori, as relações originais entre o Poder e Capital, com precedência lógica do primeiro, assentam-se na interligação e dependência recíprocas. Futuramente vislumbra aumento da “pressão competitiva” entre os Estados Nacionais e retomada da corrida interimperialista de forma que a dinâmica do Sistema Interestatal Capitalista, com o “motor” do sistema situado na disputa entre os blocos de poder e capital, continuará. No limite existe a guerra; mas o que realmente interessa, no jogo, é a preparação para a guerra.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to discuss the modern world system from three perspectives: the theses found in Immanuel Wallerstein, Giovanni Arrigui arguments and the problem from the perspective of José Luis Fiori. In Wallesrstein be faced analysis of secular trends of historical capitalism approaching its limits as well as the systemic disorganization leading to the establishment of a new system under new bases, with new trends and new cyclical rhythms. Already in Arrigui, notes about the systemic nature of the process of hegemonic transition, but still far from the final cycles toward another economic system. To Fiori, originating relations between Capital and Power with the first logical precedence, based on the interconnection and mutual dependence. Future envisions increased "competitive pressure" between nation states and resumed the race interimperialist so that the dynamics of Interstate Capitalist System, with the "engine" of the system located in the dispute between the power blocs and capital will continue. Limit exists in war, but what really matters in the game, is preparing for war.
