O presente texto tem como objetivo principal elaborar uma releitura da obra ideia de Justiça do ganhador do prêmio Nobel Amartya Sen o qual, dentro do contexto metodológico de análise dos seus conteúdos e formulações busca, dentro do momento atual e recente, destacar, em uma visão crítica e jurídica, os problemas e desafios que o Brasil não deve fugir de enfrentar para avançar para o seu pleno desenvolvimento. Em razão da extensão e profundidade dos temas abordados na obra o texto formulado fixa suas premissas em temas relevantes e atuais vividos no Brasil.

ABSTRACT

The main objective of this text is to re-read the Nobel Prize-winning work Amartya Sen, which, within the methodological context of analysis of its contents and formulations, seeks, within the current and recent moment, to highlight, in a vision critical and legal, the problems and challenges that Brazil must not avoid facing in order to advance towards its full development. Due to the extension and depth of the topics addressed in the work, the text formulated sets its premises in relevant and current themes lived in Brazil.
