RESUMO

O presente estudo tem por finalidade revisitar o instituto do refúgio, um dos grandes dilemas que o mundo contemporâneo enfrenta, contemplando num primeiro instante os seus antecedentes históricos para depois abordar o seu regramento no plano internacional e, por fim, tecer algumas considerações sobre a reinstalação e recolocação de refugiados na União Europeia.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the present study is to revisit the refuge institute, one of the great dilemmas faced by the contemporary world, considering its historical antecedents at first, followed by the approach to its rule at the international level, and finally to make some considerations about the re-settlement and relocation of refugees in the European Union.
