A ATUAÇÃO SINDICAL COMO GARANTIA DE EMANCIPAÇÃO DA CLASSE TRABALHADORA E A GESTÃO DEMOCRÁTICA DA EMPRESA

A atuação sindical contemporânea não permite a emancipação efetiva dos trabalhadores perante o Estado, e em relação ao empregador, razão pela qual este estudo busca responder: como o ente coletivo poderia promover uma melhoria nas condições sociais dos trabalhadores? A evolução dos meios de produção, bem como dos sistemas econômicos impõe aos trabalhadores a necessidade de se unir na busca pela melhoria das condições de trabalho, surgem assim os sindicatos, que procuram através da negociação coletiva solucionar as demandas da classe operária.Num primeiro momento o trabalhador no viés do Estado Liberal era explorado pelos detentores do capital, de forma que se organizou para que pudesse através dos direitos de solidariedade e das ações coletivas negociar com os proprietários das empresas. Ocorre que, apenas a atuação sindical estática não é o meio adequado para a emancipação dos trabalhadores, razão pela qual é importante que os entes coletivos passem a atuar com participação democrática reivindicando melhores direitos aos trabalhadores, não só perante o empregador, mas também perante o próprio Estado como: segurança, transporte e educação. Neste caminho que anda o presente artigo, no qual se faz uma análise das ações coletivas como forma de emancipação dos trabalhadores e a gestão democrática da empresa.

ABSTRACT

Contemporary union activity does not allow the effective emancipation of the workers to the State, and to the employer, which is why this study seeks to answer: as the collective entity could promote an improvement in the social conditions of workers? The evolution of the means of production and economic systems requires the workers the need to join in the search for better working conditions, are thus unions, looking through the collective bargaining address the demands of the working class. At first the worker in the Liberal State bias was explored by the shareholders, so that was organized so that he could through the solidarity rights and collective action negotiate with the owners of the companies. It turns out that, just static union activity is not the appropriate means for the emancipation of the workers, which is why it is important that the collective loved them to act with democratic participation demanding better rights for workers, not only to the employer, but also to the State's own as security, transportation and education. In this way walking this article, in which he analyzes the collective action as a means of emancipation of the workers and the democratic management of the company.
