Changes in the Tele-Work Scheme with Provisional Measure Nº. 927/2020

Abstract


The present research had as proposal the analysis of the alterations in the teleworking regime with the Provisional Measure nº 927, of March 22, 2020. A historical overview of the Industrial Revolutions was made. A critical analysis of the legal standardization of teleworking has been carried out over the years. The research also discussed the innovations brought by the Labor Reform to the teleworking regime. It was concluded that the MPV 927/2020 in no way changed the CLT. However, it brought changes regarding the communication period to the employee; change of term for regime change; absence of mutual agreement; absence of contractual amendment; extension to interns and apprentices; changes regarding liability and equipment purchase. To achieve the objectives of this research, we used the bibliographic method, by consulting the doctrine, jurisprudence and specific legislation.
