PERSPECTIVAS PARA O ENSINO DE CIBERDIREITO A PARTIR DAS NOVAS DIRETRIZES CURRICULARES PARA OS CURSOS DE DIREITO NO BRASIL
Abstract
O presente texto tem por objetivo apresentar o “ciberdireito” como uma nova disciplina jurídica capaz de contemplar os elementos trazidos pelas novas diretrizes curriculares para os cursos de Direito no Brasil, analisando as transformações socioculturais e jurídicas que o uso massivo da internet está promovendo. Nesse sentido, é necessário que os futuros e atuais atores do mundo jurídico apresentem o mínimo de domínio acerca das práticas das novas tecnologias e como seus resultados afetam a esfera jurídica, para que seja possível evitar que processos e procedimentos cotidianos sejam fadados à ineficiência jurisdicional e a total ineficácia dos direitos tutelados.

ABSTRACT
This text aims to present the "cyber law" as a new legal discipline capable of contemplating the elements brought by the new curricular guidelines for Law courses in Brazil, analyzing the sociocultural and legal transformations that the massive use of internet is promoting. In this sense, it is necessary that future and current actors in the legal world have a minimum of mastery over the practices of new technologies and how its results affect the legal sphere, so that it’s possible to avoid that day-to-day processes and procedures are doomed to jurisdictional inefficiency and the total ineffectiveness of the protected rights.
