TOXICÔMANO-DELINQUENTE VERSUS TOXICODEPENDENTE – REGULAÇÃO DAS DROGAS COMO FENÔMENO DESTACADO EM DESAFIOS ATUAIS DO CENÁRIO GLOBAL

RESUMO

Introdução e Objetivos. Com a presente análise buscamos relacionar a regulação de drogas com desafios do cenário global atual a fim de verificar a importância desse fenômeno em temáticas presentes nas discussões internacionais. Metodologia. Foi feita revisão de artigos desenvolvidos pelo autor, atualizando e revisando os recortes pertinentes. Resultados. Verificou-se que a criminalização das drogas é destaque entre os principais desafios do mundo moderno Conclusão O estudo não se conclui neste trabalho, no entanto, alerta-se para o acompanhamento de importantes lições das experiências de novas legislações no âmbito das drogas, tendo em vista a problemática trazida em sua criminalização.

ABSTRACT

Introduction and Aims With the present analysis we seek to relate drug regulation with challenges of the current global scenario in order to verify the importance of this phenomenon in the themes present in the international discussions. Methods A review of articles developed by the author was made, updating and revising the relevant cuts. Results The criminalization of drugs was highlighted as one of the main challenges of the modern world. Conclusion The study does not conclude in this work, however, it is alert to the monitoring of important lessons from the experiences of new legislation in the field of drugs, considering of the problematic brought about in its criminalization.
