RESUMO

Este trabalho se propõe a analisar o enforcement privado das normas da concorrência no direito comunitário europeu e no direito português. Com a publicação da nova diretiva 2014/104/UE, o tema volta a estar em destaque no direito europeu. Desta forma, buscando um funcionamento conjunto e perfeito entre o enforcement público e privado, cumpre-se realizar breves considerações acerca desse, sempre em conjunto com as disposições da nova diretiva.
