Desafios da efetivação dos objetivos constitucionais: desenvolvimento social e aparência de riqueza

O presente trabalho pretende verificar a evolução do sistema capitalista no Brasil, no âmbito das suas Constituições Federais, considerando as alterações que ocorreram no campo das garantias laborais. Para tanto se fará uma breve análise histórica da formação do sistema capitalista, com o intuito de evidenciar o modo pelo qual surgiu o modelo atual do capitalismo. Ainda tem o objetivo de analisar as consequências e reflexos trazidos pela crise financeira ocorrida no ano de 2008 que se estende até os dias de hoje, de modo a verificar qual é o seu impacto no campo das atividades econômicas e para os trabalhadores de forma geral. Visando atender a demanda social, econômica e jurídica por questionamentos acerca do enfrentamento da crise da valorização do trabalho humano, da concretização dos objetivos da República e da efetivação da vontade constitucional buscar-se-á empreender os fatores causais da aparência de riqueza no atual contexto do capitalismo e do liberalismo econômico em face ao Estado Social. Para tanto serão analisados o modo de produção capitalista, sua evolução histórica e transformação, o liberalismo econômico e a tutela do capitalismo nas Constituições Brasileiras. A crise do Estado Contemporâneo a partir do desenvolvimento do processo de globalização, o problema da geração da aparência de riqueza como desafio a ser vencido e as conquistas sociais no Brasil, após a edição da Constituição Federal de 1988, provocando transformações no mundo do trabalho e no reconhecimento da pessoa do trabalhador.

ABSTRACT

This study intends to investigate the evolution of the capitalist system in Brazil, as part of its Federal Constitutions, considering the changes that have occurred in the field of labor guarantees. For that we will make a brief historical analysis of the formation of the capitalist system, in order to highlight the way in which arose the current model of capitalism. Still have to analyze the consequences and repercussions brought about by the financial crisis that occurred in 2008 that extends to the present day, so check what is the impact in the field of economic activities and workers in general. Aiming to meet demand social, economic and legal questions about coping with the crisis of appreciation of human labor, the achievement of the objectives of the Republic and the execution of the will get the constitutional will undertake the causal factors of the appearance of wealth in the current context capitalism and economic liberalism in the face of the welfare state. Will be analyzed for both the capitalist mode of production, its historical evolution and transformation, economic liberalism and the defense of capitalism in Brazilian Constitutions. The crisis of the Contemporary from the development of the globalization process, the problem of generating the appearance of wealth as a challenge to be overcome and the social conquests in Brazil, after the enactment of the 1988 Federal Constitution, causing changes in the world of work and in recognition of the worker.
