A crise da ética na sociedade brasileira.

Resumo

RESUMO

 As pessoas desrespeitam tanto as regras éticas como as normas estabelecidas pelo Estado, como se fosse meros “conselhos”. Esse artigo tenta buscar uma definição lógica dos problemas em que a ética esta enfrentando, contextualizando-os, desde da época do surgimento da ética, que é na Idade Antiga, até os tempos nebulosos que representam a atual sociedade globalizada. Busca-se também enumerar alguns desvios que ocorreram na história dos povos, como o desligamento da ética com a política, que inclusive, é problema que se detecta, na obra “O Príncipe” de Nicolau Maquiavel, onde este autor faz uma cartilha ensinando como conquistar o poder e mantê-lo. Para tanto deve existir uma ruptura da política com a ética, criando uma ética própria para o Estado. A sociedade moderna, terrivelmente acabou herdando esses ensinamentos, e por isso que atualmente ela esta entregue ao denominado “coma ético”. Esse trabalho não tem a intenção de ser moralista, apenas o intuito é propor a sociedade uma reflexão. Para a mesma tomar consciência da crise de falta de princípios em que esta reinando. Se nada for feito, a situação pode se agravar mais ainda, e ai ninguém sabe onde vamos parar. Sabido é que para reverter esse quadro, deve a sociedade tomar uma atitude rápida e eficaz, sempre observando os direitos constitucionais, tentando assim fazer uma correlação entre a ética e a justiça social.

ABSTRATCT

 People disrespect both ethical rules as the standards set by the state, as if it were mere "advice". This article attempts to seek a logical definition of the problems that is facing ethics, contextualizing them, since the time of the emergence of ethics, which is in Old Age, until the times nebulous representing the current globalized society. This search also lists some deviations that occurred in the history of people, such as the shutdown of ethics and politics, that even if it detects a problem in the work "The Prince" by Niccolo Machiavelli, where the author makes a playbook as teaching gain power and keep it. Therefore, there must be a break from politics to ethics, creating their own ethics for the state. Modern society, terribly just inheriting these teachings, and why it is currently delivered to the called "eat ethical." This work is not intended to be moralistic, only the intention is to offer society a reflection. To become aware of the same crisis of lack of principles on which this ruling. If nothing is done, the situation could worsen further, and there where we stop nobody knows. Which is known to reverse this situation, the company should take action quickly and effectively, always observing the constitutional rights, trying to make a correlation between ethics and social justice.
