A promoção do desenvolvimento nacional sustentável e a certidão negativa de débitos trabalhistas (CNDT)

Com base na doutrina  jurídica  e no trâmite de ações junto ao Supremo Tribunal Federal, o presente artigo trata do desenvolvimento nacional sustentável, abordando brevemente  seus principais aspectos (ambiental, social e econômico), a fim de apresentar sua promoção reforçada pela exigência de regularidade  trabalhista dos proponentes em licitações.

ABSTRACT

Upon the Law doctrine and the Federal Supreme Court ongoing lawsuits, the present article deals with the sustainable national development, briefly approaching its main aspects (environmental, social and economical), with the end to present its promotion as reinforced by the labor regularity of proponents on invitations to bid.
