RESUMO

O objetivo desta pesquisa é o de analisar o direito do não brasileiro à propriedade rural, no Brasil, e o de demonstrar a necessidade de se resguardar os direitos dos cidadãos brasileiros, em harmonia com o principio da justiça social, segurança nacional e capacidade financeira. Conclui-se que a igualdade que se concede ao estrangeiro, não pode ser aplicada à aquisição da propriedade rural. A metodologia utilizada nessa pesquisa é a do método dedutivo e, quanto aos meios, a pesquisa é bibliográfica e, quanto aos fins a pesquisa é qualitativa.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this research is to analyze the right of Brazilian rural property, not in Brazil, and to demonstrate the need to safeguard the rights of Brazilian citizens in harmony with the principle of social justice, national security and financial capacity. It is concluded that equality which grants abroad, cannot be applied to the purchase of the property. The methodology used in this research is the deductive method and the ways research is about the purpose and the research is qualitative.
