CINEMA E DIREITO – ELEMENTOS PARA UMA REFLEXÃO ACERCA DAS POSSIBILIDADES DE CRÍTICA A PARTIR DO USO DO CINEMA COMO RECURSO PEDAGÓGICO NO ENSINO JURÍDICO

Com a problemática da crise pedagógica que perpassa o ensino jurídico, torna-se necessário desenvolver metodologias alternativas ao modo tradicional de se lecionar Direito. Uma dessas alternativas, que veio se popularizando nos últimos anos, constitui-se no uso do Cinema como prática pedagógica auxiliar, em uma imbricação entre Direito e Arte. Neste breve estudo procuramos demonstrar como a sétima arte poderia ser pensada como prática educacional e utilizada como instrumento de reflexão crítica no aprendizado jurídico, rompendo-se com a tradicional análise meramente conceitual.

ABSTRACT

With the issue of educational crisis that pervades the legal education, it is necessary to develop alternative methods to the traditional way of teaching law. One such alternative methods, which came gaining popularity in recent years, constitutes the use of cinema as a pedagogical aid in an overlap between Law and Art. In this brief study we seek to demonstrate how the cinema could be thought of as educational practice and used as a tool for critical reflection on learning legal, breaking with the traditional analysis merely conceptual.
