O COMBATE DOS MEIOS DE ESCRAVIDÃO PELO DIREITO TRANSNACIONAL

A sociedade do século XXI parece ter alcançado inúmeros avanços com a efetivação de políticas públicas com o cunho de promover a igualitariedade entre os povos. A era das guerras mostrou ao mundo a necessidade de união pelo bem comum, do engajamento coletivo em prol da erradicação de arcaísmos que já não combinam mais com uma sociedade a tanto tempo civilizada. Mas, a efetivação desse mundo consubstanciado nos mais altos graus da justiça humana encontra óbices que há muito já deviam ter sido suprimidos. Uma dessas máculas chama-se trabalho escravo e anda disseminada pelo mundo. Dos mais ricos aos mais pobres, dos mais desenvolvidos aos menos, todos os países têm apresentado em maior ou menor grau a escravidão em suas entrelinhas. Atentos a essa chaga social, o organismo internacional tem se prostrado em prol da erradicação desse problema. Através de medidas, tratados, conferências e muita conversa, atualmente há um alinhamento mundial visando coibir essa prática. O objetivo desse trabalho reside justamente nessa seara, averiguar o papel desempenhado pelos organismos internacionais na luta contra a submissão do homem à condições degradantes. É aportado no método indutivo que se pode chegar a conclusão de quão importantes são essas instituições, trabalhando ativamente para o enfrentamento do problema, cobrando uma participação mais ativa de seus membros, enfim, dando alguma guarida de como estancar essa prática.

ABSTRACT

The society of the twenty-first century seems to have achieved many breakthroughs with the effective implementation of public policies with the stamp of promoting igualitariedade between peoples. The era of wars showed the world the need for unity for the common good of the collective engagement for the eradication of archaisms that no longer combine with a more civilized society for so long. But the realization of this world embodied the highest degree of human justice finds obstacles that much should already have been deleted. One of these stains is called slave labor and walk disseminated around the world. From the richest to the poorest, the most developed to the least, all countries have shown a greater or lesser extent slavery in their lines. Aware of this social scourge, international organizations has prostrate for the eradication of this problem. Through measures, treaties, conferences and much talk, now there is a global alignment aimed at curbing the practice. The aim of this work lies precisely in this harvest, examine the role of international organizations in the fight against man's submission to degrading conditions. It contributed in literature searches as you can get the conclusion of how important these institutions, actively working to fight the problem, charging more active participation of its members, finally giving some den of how to stop this practice.
