Algumas contribuições de Wittgenstein para pensar o ensino do Direito

RESUMO

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo realizar uma incursão sobre algumas contribuições de Wittgenstein, mais especificamente sobre os conceitos de Jogos de Linguagem, seguimento de regras e forma de vida para aplicá-las a um exercício de reflexão sobre o estatuto ontológico do Direito e a prática pedagógica a ele inerente.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the present research is to elaborate an incursion in some of Wittgenstein’s contributions, more specifically in his concepts of Language Games, the following of rules and form of life in order to apply them to the reflexive exercise about the ontological status of Law and the pedagogical practice inherent to it.
