A (in) observância dos direitos humanos e do direito internacional humanitário no Iraque

RESUMO

O presente artigo tem o objetivo de analisar o conjunto de atitudes conflitantes aos princípios e as normas do Direito Internacional e Direito Internacional Humanitário praticado por parte dos Estados Unidos e seus aliados na invasão do Iraque. Necessário para isso abordar os antecedentes desta Guerra bem como as conseqüências que ela poderá trazer não só ao Iraque, mas à comunidade internacional em sua totalidade.

ABSTRACT

This present work has the scope of analyze the complex of attitudes that conflicts with the principles and rules of International Law and International Humanitarian Law taken by the United States and its allies in the invasion of Iraq, discoursing about the war records as well as the consequences that it can bring, not only to Iraq, but to the international community as a whole.
