Brazilian Business Law Journal

Brazilian Business Law Journal is scholarly journal. This journal adopts to an editorial policy that seeks to provide a forum for different types of scientific studies —theoretical and empirical — to facilitate the exchange of information on Business Law studies with Emerging countries; to provide inputs for analyzing, evaluating and proposing public policies that are more in accordance with social realities and incorporating different contents that stimulate new research agendas.
 
The objective of  Brazilian Business Law Journal is to disseminate unpublished papers (in Spanish, English and Portuguese) that will promote national and international debate in the Business Law  from the viewpoints of relevant and innovative disciplinary and interdisciplinary methodological approaches.

This journal seeks to bridge the gap between academics and practice in the discussion and analysis of business law developments in emerging countries.
