Aprendizagem Organizacional, Ecossistemas de Negócios e o Gerenciamento da Incerteza

Resumo


O principal objetivo desta pesquisa é entender como as organizações podem utilizar a aprendizagem organizacional a partir de seu ecossistema de negócios como um mecanismo para gerenciar a incerteza. A metodologia é qualitativa e exploratória, com dados coletados por meio de entrevistas em profundidade em seis startups. Os resultados incluem a formulação de quatro proposições e um modelo de nível de aprendizagem e relacionamento com o ecossistema em um continuum que varia desde o nível baixo a elevado na utilização da aprendizagem do ecossistema, e suas implicações para o gerenciamento da incerteza. O ineditismo recai sobre a formulação de uma visão expandida de aprendizagem organizacional em ecossistemas de negócios, que explica o processo pelo qual as empresas aprendem por meio de outros atores de seu ecossistema para se adaptar as mudanças.
