PRÁTICAS DE GESTÃO DE PESSOAS PARA APRIMORAR A QUALIDADE DE VIDA NO TRABALHO

Resumo


RESUMO
Este estudo examina a relação entre Práticas de Gestão de Pessoas (PGP) e a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT) com base no modelo de Walton. O objetivo é explorar como e quais práticas de gestão podem aprimorar a QVT e, consequentemente, o desempenho organizacional. Utilizando revisão bibliográfica, o artigo identifica práticas como treinamento, flexibilidade e reconhecimento e avalia o impacto na satisfação e na motivação dos funcionários. Os resultados indicam que práticas bem implementadas elevam a QVT e aumentam o engajamento e a produtividade. O estudo destaca a importância de alinhar as PGP com as necessidades dos colaboradores para criar ambientes de trabalho mais produtivos e satisfatórios, contribuindo para o avanço da teoria e prática de gestão.

ABSTRACT
This study examines the relationship between Human Resource Practices (HRP) and Quality of Life at Work (QWL) based on Walton's model. The objective is to explore how and which management practices can enhance QWL and, consequently, organizational performance. Through a literature review, the paper identifies practices such as training, flexibility, and recognition, and evaluates their impact on employee satisfaction and motivation. The results indicate that well-implemented practices improve QWL and increase engagement and productivity. The study highlights the importance of aligning HRP with employee needs to create more productive and satisfying work environments, contributing to the advancement of management theory and practice.

RESUMEN
Este estudio examina la relación entre las Prácticas de Gestión de Personas (PGP) y la Calidad de Vida en el Trabajo (QVT) basándose en el modelo de Walton. El objetivo es explorar cómo y cuáles prácticas de gestión pueden mejorar la QVT y, en consecuencia, el desempeño organizacional. Utilizando una revisión bibliográfica, el artículo identifica prácticas como formación, flexibilidad y reconocimiento, y evalúa el impacto en la satisfacción y motivación de los empleados. Los resultados indican que las prácticas bien implementadas elevan la QVT y aumentan el compromiso y la productividad. El estudio destaca la importancia de alinear las PGP con las necesidades de los colaboradores para crear ambientes de trabajo más productivos y satisfactorios, contribuyendo al avance de la teoría y práctica de gestión.
