Brazilian Journal of Law and International Relations is an Open Access journal. This journal adopts to an editorial policy that seeks to provide a forum for different types of scientific studies —theoretical and empirical — to facilitate the exchange of information on Political Science and International Relations with Emerging countries and the world; to provide inputs for analyzing, evaluating and proposing public policies that are more in accordance with social realities and incorporating different contents that stimulate new research agendas.
The objective of Brazilian Journal of Law and International Relations is to disseminate unpublished papers (in Spanish, English and Portuguese) that will promote national and international debate in the fields of Law, Political Science and International Relations, by means of the analysis of political phenomena past and present, from the viewpoints of relevant and innovative disciplinary and interdisciplinary methodological approaches.
