PAOLA CANTARINI

lawyer, researcher and university professor, with a doctorate and postdoctoral degrees in Law, Philosophy and Philosophy of Law, having carried out research at institutions such as the University of Florida, University of Miami, SNS/Italy, Humboldt Institute and Oxford AI Ethics Institute. She works as academic coordinator of CEADIN/USP-RP, is a columnist for Jornal USP, a member of the Academy of Letters of Bahia and founder of the Ethikai Institute. For eight years, she has been dedicated to the development of the concept of Algorithmic Erotic Cognition, presented at conferences in Brazil and Europe and in academic publications, integrating a line of research that includes works such as Erotic Theory of Law and the Human (2017), Unfinished Poiesis (2022) and Philosophy of AI Based on Constructionist Values of Homo Poieticus (2023), in addition to dialoguing with references by Warat and Guerra Filho and with contributions from several researchers who marked his trajectory.
