Since 1985, he has taught training courses in Computer Science, Program Design, and Advanced Trainer Training. Since 1996, he has participated in the coordination and development of European community programs and professional championships Skills-Portugal and World-Skills from 1997, as well as working as a computer technician and specialist and Expert at Helsinki (2005) and Shizuoka (2007) World-Skill competitions.
