SISTEMAS DE INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL NA PERSONALIDADE JURÍDICA E RESPONSABILIDADE CIVIL

Resumen


Os sistemas de inteligência Artificial começaram com o objetivo de alcançar respostas semelhantes às humanas, levando a benefícios significativos para a humanidade em vários níveis. No entanto, esses eletrônicos não apenas tiveram um impacto positivo, mas também causaram danos a indivíduos e propriedades. Isso fez com que fossem submetidos a um rigoroso escrutínio jurídico no âmbito da responsabilidade civil por danos deles decorrentes, com foco na justificativa dessas responsabilidades e no mecanismo de aplicação de controles prejudiciais e constitucionais. Portanto, o aspecto mais importante deste estudo é a clareza desses eletrônicos, antecipando o futuro de sua capacidade de adquirir uma personalidade eletrônica ou digital distinta da personalidade tradicional que lhes é concedida pelos sistemas estabelecidos. É o que oferecem os novos socialismos independentes, a partir da medida em que essa questão pessoal é compatível com os princípios constitucionais básicos, especialmente no que diz respeito à participação da lei e ao início dos trabalhos perante a lei. As constituições não permitem controles legais e permitem que eles permaneçam dentro do quadro geral que contribui para a justiça e protege os direitos. O estudo concluiu que os riscos civis de indústrias especializadas em sistemas e tecnologias industriais devem operar sob duas teorias jurídicas fundamentais: leis de responsabilidade empresarial e leis de responsabilidade por produtos defeituosos. Também revisou as tendências jurisprudenciais que sustentam ou se opõem a essas duas teorias, pois representam a base jurídica fundamental para a responsabilidade neste campo em evolução. Essas responsabilidades também exigem requisitos constitucionais que se destinam eletronicamente a serem aplicados às leis a elas relacionadas, particularmente aquelas definidas como direitos fundamentais, garantias legais, transparência e não controle de responsabilidade.
