OS TIPOS PSICOLÓGICOS DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE ALTO DESEMPENHO ESTUDO DE CASO EM INDÚSTRIA AUTOMOTIVA

O presente artigo objetiva desenvolver um estudo sobre os tipos psicológicos dos funcionários de alto desempenho de uma empresa do segmento automotivo da região de Curitiba/PR, utilizando como modelo a teoria dos tipos psicológicos desenvolvida por Carl Gustav Jung. Os tipos psicológicos foram obtidos por intermédio do MBTI (Myers BrigsType Indicator), versão inspiira. Verificou-se que dois tipos psicológicos apresentaram dominância entre a população pesquisada, revelando duas funções psicológicas como características comuns. A realização de novas pesquisas com o mesmo objetivo pode reforçar os dados identificados.

Abstract

This article aims to develop a study on the psychological types of high-performing employees of the automotive industry company in the region of Curitiba / PR, based on the theory of psychological types developed by Carl Gustav Jung. Psychological types were obtained through the MBTI (Myers BrigsType Indicator, “inspiira” version. It was detected that two psychological types presented dominance in the studied population, revealing two psychological functions such common characteristics. The new research with the same goal can enhance the identified data.
