DIAGNÓSTICO SOBRE UM PROGRAMA DE ESTÁGIOCURRICULAR EM UM CURSO DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO PARTICULAR NO INTERIOR DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO

RESUMO

O mercado se encontra cada vez mais exigente quando o assunto é corpo técnico profissional. As exigências aumentam e a inserção do estudante nesse mercado se torna um desafio crescente. O presente estudo tem a finalidade de apresentar quais são as expectativas, desafios, dificuldades dos alunos do curso de administração de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES) particular, localizada no interior do estado de São Paulo em relação ao programa de estágio oferecido. Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com os estudantes e o responsável pelos estágios.Dessa forma foi possível identificar quais são as principais necessidades dos alunos e como a IES poderá atender a essas expectativas em busca da melhoria do programa existente.

ABSTRACT

Labor market is increasingly demanding when it comes to professional staff. Requirements do not stop and integration of the student in this market becomes a growing challenge. This study will presente expectations, challenges and difficulties of students in a business administration program at a private Higher Education Institution (HEI) in the state of São Paulo, regarding the internship program offered. A qualitative research was conducted using semi-structured interviews with students and the chair of the internship program.Thus it was possible to identify the main needs of the students and how the HEI can meet these expectations trying to improve their actual employability.
