FORESIGHT EM REDE: MODELO PARA O AJUSTE ESTRUTURAL ANTECIPATIVO EM PMES
Resumo
O presente trabalho propõe um modelo de ajuste estrutural contingencial antecipativo para pequenas e médias empresas (PMEs), impulsionado por um sistema de Foresight em rede. O objetivo é ajudar as PMEs a identificar mudanças nos fatores contingenciais no ambiente e realizar ajustes proativos em suas estruturas organizacionais. A pesquisa qualitativa e exploratória, baseada em pesquisa-ação, aborda o Foresight em rede e os desafios de sua implementação em PMEs. O modelo é validado por entrevistas com empresários e especialistas, e aplicado em um ciclo piloto. Os resultados demonstram a viabilidade do modelo para fortalecer a capacidade das PMEs em antecipar mudanças nos fatores de contingência por meio de processos colaborativos.
